There are Term & Conditions associated with booking a course using ila  - see below, if you decide to book a course you will be asked to read them and if you agree, complete the submission form which is below  and send it to us.

ITA – BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Bookings via ITA - As per our terms of acceptance of using ITA funding we allow for the standard non refundable deposit of £65 to be included within ITA funds, if you cancel a course once a space has been booked then you are liable for the deposit. This ensure everyone gets a chance at a space and makes it fairer for all. All other students’ not using ITA funds have to pay the deposit to secure their place.

Please read through and if you agree to the terms & conditions, please complete the form below & return

Our aim is to keep classes running smoothly, our classes have only 2-4 students, this will help ensure that all students get a place on a course and where cancellations occur we would be able to offer this date to another student. Non-Attendance deprives another student of that place.

Cancellation of a course

Cancellations must be received in writing or via email through our contact us form on our website and must contain the full booking details including name, address and booking details.

Cancellations will be accepted up to 14 days prior to your course, you would be liable for the required deposit as stated above plus and admin fee of £40.

If cancelled after 14days you will be liable for the full cost of your course plus admin fees of £40.

ITA will not fund a course that has been cancelled. Please try for an alternative date – see below

Changing your course date  Applies to all students – whether ITA funded or Self-Funded  - You are limited to 1 date change, it cannot be a change of course and must be made at least 14 days prior to your course date via email or in writing. And admin fee of £40 will be charged for any date changes

Non Attendance   Applies to all students – whether ITA funded or Self-Funded  -

An admin fee of £40 will be charged plus any outstanding balance or full amount of the course * whichever is relevant
